Client Relationship Manager

This is an in-office role. We are looking for a professional to work from our office in The Villages.

POSITION: CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER

JOB SUMMARY:

This role provides an opportunity for an organized, efficient, and detail-oriented team-player to work in a fast-growing and fast-paced environment.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The ideal candidate will:

  • Provide excellent service and support to clients and team members which exceeds expectations.
  • Assist in all day-to-day operational functions pertaining to client servicing needs
  • First in line to answer the phone utilizing exceptional client service.
  • Fact gather information about client needs – Direct escalated questions to appropriate resources within the organization
  • Coordinate calendars and schedule meetings
  • File, scan, and organize documents for storage in Egnyte
  • Handle shipping/receiving of client and internal mail
  • Maintain Salesforce database, including documenting all client specific transactions
  • Proactively contact clients to enhance the client relationship
  • Complete onboarding process for new clients, including new account applications and coding within technology databases
  • Complete, submit, and monitor client servicing requests and paperwork processing
  • Greet clients and make them feel comfortable when visiting the office
  • Maintain client and prospect information in our records database.
  • Adhere to firm procedures that enhance accuracy and streamlines processes for greater internal and external efficiency.
  • Draft, review, or edit client correspondence for the Advisors, if needed.
  • Perform for client review meetings, including preparing reports
  • Complete special projects as assigned.

  • Series 65 License

COMPENSATION:

  • Base salary plus a bonus
